KMOP

Family and Childcare Center – KMOP is a Greek NGO with long and extensive experience and activities in the social sector, particularly in providing support to socially vulnerable groups. KMOP's axes of expertise include mental health, employability promotion, gender equality and provision of support to other socially vulnerable groups, with significant relevant track record.

KMOP’s activities include the implementation of programmes and projects, both in Greece and abroad. As part of its international operations, KMOP is currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated professional to join its team of international programmes.

Role:

  • Manage projects where KMOP participates either as leader or as partner of international consortia
  • Prepare research methodologies
  • Coordinate the implementation of desktop and field research (interviews, focus groups) and prepare the necessary tools (e.g. questionnaires)
  • Draft reports & deliverables
  • Conduct implementation evaluations
  • Organise dissemination and capacity building events (e.g. conferences, workshops), as well as implement dissemination and awareness raising activities (e.g. newsletters, press releases)
  • Prepare education and training material (e.g. training modules)
  • Participate to project meetings with consortium partners representing KMOP
  • Undertake all project reporting responsibilities (e.g. draft progress reports, final reports, timesheets etc.)
  • Participate to drafting new applications for EU funded programmes
  • Contribute to expanding KMOP’s network of collaborating organisations

Requirements:

  • Excellent academic background, including a bachelor’s and a master’s degree
  • Professional experience in implementing international / EU funded projects or programmes of at least 3 years
  • Proven experience in implementing projects of the social sector
  • Well organized personality, able to prioritize tasks
  • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking
  • Strong skills in drafting well-structured reports
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Strong managerial and time management skills
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite (especially Excel and Powerpoint)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, both in Greek and especially in English
  • Completed military obligations (where applicable)
